By accessing or using this website ("Site") operated by Rev43D Creations and Petty Couches ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Products
All products are handmade or 3D-printed to order. Slight variations in color, finish, and dimensions are normal and not considered defects.
3. Orders & payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping
Orders ship within 3 business days of payment. Delivery times vary by carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
5. Returns
Because most items are made-to-order, returns are accepted only for defective products. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, images, and content on the Site are owned by Rev43D Creations and Petty Couches. You may not reproduce or resell our designs without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site.
